Please read this entire Akvelon (Company) End User License Agreement (Agreement) carefully before downloading or using Akvelon Dynamics 365 Integration for Gmail (Application).
Akvelon is willing to grant a user the right to access and use the Application only if the user accepts all of the terms of this Agreement, and pays or has paid the Company full subscription price for use of the license to which the user has subscribed.
“User” means a single individual utilizing a single instance of the Application or a collection of individuals utilizing multiple instances inside the same organization. If the latter, the signor executing this Agreement must have the legal authority to execute this Agreement for all the individuals in this organization utilizing all the instances of the Application.
The Application is priced per individual user, every individual user must have their individual license to use the Application.
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
Akvelon grants the user a non-refundable and non-transferrable license to download, install and use the Application solely for the purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
As part of subscription license, Akvelon provides support that includes email support for problem reporting, product updates and online access to product documentation at no additional cost for the period of subscription. Email support requests will be processed within 24 business hours after receiving.
Each user expressly agrees that use of the software is at the user's sole risk. The Company does not warrant that the software will be error free; nor does Company make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from the use of the software. The software is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
Neither the Company nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the software shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to use the service or out of any breach of any warranty or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action based upon contract, negligence or other tortious conduct, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the software.
User may not copy, modify, or transfer the product to others, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. The product contains trade secrets of the Company, and the User may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate the product, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code or the source code through which the product is accessed, or authorize any third-party to do any of the foregoing.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. This Agreement will terminate immediately in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. The user may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application from their computing device.

We are continuously improving Akvelon Dynamics 365 Integration for Gmail to take advantage of new technologies as well as new capabilities of the Dynamics 365, Google, and Microsoft platforms. Akvelon reserves the right to modify the Application with or without notice and without liability to the user.
Akvelon reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Akvelon will post the most current version of this document at https://avocado.software/manuals/cgieula
